Alicia Young to police: “just take me to jail!”

26-year-old Alicia Young held out her hands and said, “Just take me to jail!” as police approached her at 5th & Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Thursday morning. Officers approached her after a man told police he was attacked and tackled by a short white female, identifying young to officers. The assault victim didn’t wish to prosecute for the assault, but police found her to be extremely intoxicated and unable to be left alone. They attempted to find out where she was staying or how to contact her friends, but she refused to provide any information. She was eventually taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Lizannette Ronquillo Dolph assaults boyfriend Christopher Greenhill in downtown Nashville

Police say 29-year-old Missouri tourist Lizannette Dolph Ronquillo caused a large disruption near 2nd & Broadway Wednesday night, causing multiple people to flag down officers for assistance. They arrived to find her in an argument with her boyfriend, Christopher Greenhill. During the altercation, she was also lunging at witnesses to the incident after pushing and slapping the victim. The victim told police the argument was about him seeing his ex-wife. Lizanette, who was extremely intoxicated, was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

Mukda Hamar charged with bypassing self-checkout at Target

Police say 58-year-old Mukda Hamar gathered merchandise at a local Target store on May 9 and made her way to the self-checkout area, and evaded the scanner at the self-checkout for $61.49 with of merchandise. She then exited the store with no further effort to pay for the unpaid merchandise. She was identified and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Hamar, of Banbury Station in Brentwood, was booked on that warrant this week.

DUI: Karvon Chandler charged after he sped to 90 mph in front of police

22-year-old Karvon Chandler was jailed on July 2nd for evading police after a night of drinking at a local club. Police observed a silver Chevy Camaro pull in front of them on Buchanon Street and followed it to Clarksville Pike, where it sped up to 60 mph in a 45-mph zone. Officers turned on their blue lights and sirens in an attempt to pull the Camaro over, but it sped up to almost 90 mph. The police pulled to the side of the road because they didn’t want to initiate a chase. While the officers were stopped, they noticed the Camaro had pulled into the Cumberland View Apartments parking lot.

The officers approached the vehicle and noticed the driver was not inside. A woman came outside asking the officers what they wanted with the car, and they asked her if she knew the driver. She told them that the driver was her nephew and was inside her apartment because he called her, stating he was drunk and needed a place to stay for the night. The officers asked to speak with Chandler, so the aunt led them to her apartment. When they reached the apartment, Chandler came out the front door and told police he was the one driving and that he didn’t stop because he was scared and confused. He admitted to drinking alcohol while he was at a club. Chandler said while he was driving, he realized it was late, and he was drunk and turned around to go home. He was taken into custody and blew a 0.169% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Ta’Niah Cole jailed after putting hands on boyfriend during an argument

19-year-old Ta’Niah Cole was jailed on July 1st for assaulting her boyfriend when an argument turned physical. When police arrived, they spoke with Cole, who explained that she and her boyfriend were in an argument, and she pushed him. Then he walked outside and called the police, and the altercation ended. Police spoke with the victim separately, and he confirmed that he and Cole were arguing when she pushed him. They argued for some time after the push until she hit him in the shoulder. According to the victim, that’s when he called the police and stood outside until they arrived. After the victim made his statement, he showed the officers text messages from Cole saying that she was sorry for “putting hands on you.” Cole admitted to the text messages and showed them to the police, and she was taken into custody.

Houston Tynes-Clinch jailed after punching sister in face

25-year-old Brian Tynes-Clinch was jailed on July 4th after assaulting his sister when he came home drunk. Police spoke with Cali Tynes-Clinch after the incident, who stated that she was at their home on Kingsbury Drive hanging out with a friend when Brian came home drunk and started arguing about how she got “babied by their parents.” Cali said the argument escalated when Brian pinned her against a wall in the kitchen and then repeatedly punched her in the face. Cali’s friend witnessed the assault and said Cali was punched in the face 3-4 times. Cali and her friend then got in her car and called the police. Police saw pictures of Cali’s face from after the incident that showed redness consistent with her statements.

DUI: Blake Bearden drives into pool area and off a rock wall after drinking

31-year-old Blake Bearden drove into the pool area and off a rock wall inside a multi-million dollar estate on Sewanee Road late Wednesday night. Officers arrived to find Bearden asleep in the front seat of his truck with a half-empty beer can in the cup holder and five other empty beer cans in the floorboard. He stated he had come “from Nashville” when he crashed into the South Nashville estate owned by Douglas Kitchen. He admitted to having “too much” to drink and was also the subject of several earlier calls about his erratic driving on Hillsboro Pike. He refused all sobriety testing and was taken into custody.

Tourist Ronald Hofferber jailed during July 4th Celebration after his girlfriend was arrested

59-year-old tourist Ronald Hofferber was jailed at Nashville’s 4th of July Celebration after he became a nuisance and attempted to interfere with an arrest. His girlfriend, Hope Trainor, was being arrested after she ripped a mask from a man’s face, and Hofferber became enraged. He was told to walk away, but he refused. He was visibly intoxicated and was taken into custody.

Tourist Hope Trainor jailed after ripping a mask off someone’s face at July 4th Celebration in Nashville

51-year-old Arizona tourist Hope Trainor was jailed at Nashville’s 4th of July celebration after she pulled the mask off the face of another attendee, Bryan Riley. Riley flagged down police to let them know he punched her in the face after she ripped off his mask. She admitted to ripping the mask from his face, stating she “wanted to see who was under the mask.” As she was being detained, she pulled away from officers and was extremely intoxicated. Due to her general behavior and actions, she was taken into custody and faces multiple charges.
