Mukda Hamar charged with bypassing self-checkout at Target

Police say 58-year-old Mukda Hamar gathered merchandise at a local Target store on May 9 and made her way to the self-checkout area, and evaded the scanner at the self-checkout for $61.49 with of merchandise. She then exited the store with no further effort to pay for the unpaid merchandise. She was identified and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Hamar, of Banbury Station in Brentwood, was booked on that warrant this week.

Mukda Hamar of Banbury Station in Brentwood, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 6th, charged with theft. She was released on her own recognizance.
