DUI: Henery Sutterer found passed out in Toyota Prius after drinking Fireball

44-year-old Henery Sutterer was jailed on January 4th after reports of a man in the Nissan Stadium parking lot drinking Fireball in the driver’s seat of a Toyota Prius. When police arrived, Sutterer was passed out in the driver’s seat with Fireball containers on the ground outside the vehicle. When officers woke him up, he immediately reached to push the start button. The officers advised Sutterer not to start the car but to put the window down. He seemed confused, had bloodshot eyes, and smelled of alcohol. Sutterer denied drinking any alcohol until the officers told him about the reports by witnesses. He then admitted to having one shot of fireball. Sutterer was asked to complete sobriety tests, which he performed poorly, and was taken into custody and transported to booking.

DUI: ESPN’s Titans reporter Turron Davenport jailed after passing out behind the wheel

47-year-old ESPN Titans reporter Turron Davenport was jailed early Thursday morning, charged with his second DUI. Davenport is the Tennessee Titans reporter for ESPN’s NFL Nation. After drinking at a nearby bar, he reportedly passed out behind the wheel of his running vehicle near Demonbreun and 14th Ave South just before midnight. Officers blocked the vehicle and used a Nashville Fire Department vehicle’s horn to wake him up. He refused all commands to turn the vehicle off and drove off several feet several times before eventually unlocking the door so first responders could take control of the scene. Davenport admitted to drinking “a couple of old-fashioned” drinks before driving. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and agreed to a blood draw at Metro General Hospital. Police tell Scoop: Nashville that Davenport was convicted of a prior DUI in 2019.

Titans’ running back Hassan Haskins & girlfriend jailed after domestic violence exchange

Tennessee Titans’ running back Hassan Haskins was jailed Thursday after reportedly strangling girlfriend Makiah Green when she ‘liked’ another man’s Instagram Photo. In a subsequent argument over their breakup, Haskins reportedly kicked through a door in their home and cocked a handgun, and stated, “I hope you would,” as she threatened to slash his tires after ripping a $5,000 chain from his neck. She was also jailed during a second argument over their breakup.

Titans Superfan Matthew Mattax headbutts cops, spits on them, after being ejected from game

26-year-old Titans Superfan Matthew Mattax was ejected from Sunday’s game due to “unruly behavior” and his level of intoxication. As he was escorted to the gates, Mattax began to yell and scream, causing MNPD officers to take notice of him. Due to his continued behavior, officers decided to take him into custody for public intoxication, but Mattax pulled away and refused to comply with the arrest. He headbutted Officer Sharpe and spit in his face before he could be fully restrained. Once at the jail, Mattax again began to spit on officers, hitting Officer Malone with his saliva multiple times and Officer Studer three times before he was “guided to a bench” in holding.

Lamontez Blair charged with using vehicle to strike parking attendant, knocking her out of chair

23-year-old Lamontez Blair was booked this week after he admitted to driving a vehicle that struck a person sitting in a chair who denied him entry to a parking lot at Nissan Stadium. When the incident was initially reported, Janet Lemnell was working a special event at Nissan Stadium and told Blair he could not enter that particular lot. She says he intentionally backed up and struck her with his vehicle while she was sitting in a chair, knocking her out of it. She sustained minor injuries, and the incident was witnessed by APEX security officers at the location. She provided police with the tag number, which led to Blair. He initially denied driving the vehicle that day, but later called back and said he was driving but didn’t hit her intentionally.

Man who leaped onto the field during Titans game booked on his citations — Tanner Sawyer

25-year-old Tanner Sawyer self-booked on his citation charges this week, stemming from his trek across the field of Nissan Stadium during the Titans game on January 2nd against Miami. Sawyer was cited for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after says he leaped onto the field and ran across it after several other fans in his section “dared him” to do it. Police declared it was a “great annoyance to spectators”.

Nurse charged with 3rd DUI since 2021 after watching Titans game — Christopher Blake Burch arrested

Metro Police say 25-year-old Registered Nurse Christopher Blake Burch is now facing his 3rd DUI charge since 2021. Court records show he had left a Nashville bar after watching the Titans game Saturday, and just after 5:30 p.m. he reportedly nearly ran into another vehicle that was flagging down an officer who was passing by and pointing frantically at Burch’s vehicle, which was also speeding.

He would eventually blow a 0.177% BAC. Burch is free on a $3,000 bond.

Titans fan arrested after attempting to bite hospital staff after ambulance ride from game — Luke Lacefield

27-year-old Luke Lacefield was transported from Nissan Stadium during the Titans Game, and upon arrival at St. Thomas Midtown, ED staff observed his extreme level of intoxication as he had to be restrained to a hospital bed due to his yelling, screaming, and making threats to of harm to hospital staff.

He reportedly attempted to bite a female member of the security staff who was attempting to restrain him. Lacefield told police he has no memory of the incident.

Titans Superfan wipes his hands on another man’s face in the restroom at Nissan Stadium — Preston Weatherby

Metro Nashville Police say 23-year-old Preston Blake Weatherby attempted to cut the line for the men’s restroom near section 321 at Nissan Stadium Saturday during the Titans playoff game. When another fan confronted him about it once they had been inside the restroom, he reportedly wiped his hands across the face of the other man in an attempt to escalate the situation.
Weatherby posted a $200 cash bond.
