Nicholas Conrad walks away from DUI crash, asks officers if he can just “sleep it off?”

29-year-old Nicholas Conrad crashed his vehicle on Ellington Parkway early Wednesday morning and then began walking down the roadway away from the scene. Officers located him as they were responding to the call, near Broadmoor Drive & Ellington Parkway. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and was very unsteady on his feed. In his possession, while walking, were not only the keys to his Nissan Versa, but he also brought the owner’s manual along for the walk. Though Conrad refused all field sobriety testing, he admitted he “made a mistake” and asked officers if he could just “sleep it off?”

Unhoused man assaults Downtown Partnership employee on 4th Ave — Dustin Tomasso

An ambassador with the Nashville Downtown Partnership was checking on the well-being of 38-year-old Dustin Tomasso, who was on a sidewalk in downtown Nashville. Tomasso, who is unhoused, became hostile during the interaction and made aggressive motions toward the downtown employee, Michael Dean Henderson, and was spitting on him. As officers noticed the incident unfolding nearby, they began to approach and witnessed Tomasso chest bump Henderson and begin to assault him, including punching him in the head. Nearby citizens took Tomasso to the ground as officers approached.

Woman climbs fire escape to access closed rooftop with backpack amid CMA Fest in downtown Nashville —Joan Lamb

39-year-old Joan Lamb was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail late Friday night after she climbed to the top of a building that is closed to the public at 201 Broadway in downtown Nashville. Fire and police were dispatched to the scene after CMA Fest attendees noticed she had made her way onto the roof, onto which she threw a backpack after she used the fire escape ladder to make her way to the top of the building. MNPD’s Special Response Team was dispatched, and Nashville Fire eventually had to use a ladder truck in the middle of downtown to get the SRT officers onto the roof to take her into custody and recover the backpack, which was cleared.

Tourist Christie Coulter arrested after going wild at the Mellow Mushroom

Metro Nashville Police officers working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville for CMA Fest were flagged down by security outside of 429 Broadway, where they observed 27-year-old Christie Coulter, from Massachusetts, who was hitting and pushing people on her way out of the Mellow Mushroom. Sergeant Carlow Urrutia attempted to make contact and detain Coulter by grabbing her wrist, however, she became irate and resisted, causing him to take her to the ground. She was placed in a patrol car, despite attempts to pull away from officers, and then screamed and kicked the partition inside the cruiser. Once at booking, she continues screaming and causing a disturbance.

Christopher Falcon charged after agreeing to threesome with two underage teens in MNPD sting operation

30-year-old Christopher Falcon, who was the victim of a May assault by his girlfriend, Michaela Hunt, was jailed Thursday in an undercover sex-sting operation conducted by MNPD during which he attempted to pay a 16 & 17-year-old for a threesome at a Nashville Hotel. When he arrived with the agreed-upon $300, he was taken into custody and charged with two felony counts of commercial sex trafficking.

Musician Hannah Fairlight arrested after playing drunken bumper cars with her children in the vehicle

Nashville Police say 36-year-old Nashville musician Hannah Fairlight Schleuder had dinner and drinks at an East Nashville restaurant Wednesday evening with her two children, and when finished she placed them in the minivan with her and proceeded to play what can only be described as a game of drunken bumper cars in the parking lot of the location at 3917 Gallatin Pike. Officers arrived to find the front bumper of her own vehicle ripped off and lying on the payment. Hannah Fairlight had hit multiple vehicles in the parking lot, including the vehicle of one man who took the keys from her and brought them to the restaurant manager, reporting she was drunk driving in the parking lot with her two children in the vehicle.

Hannah was so intoxicated she was unable to properly provide police with the names and birthdays of her two children in the vehicle with her, ages 2 and 6. She claimed one of her children was born in the year 2025. She was charged with DUI 2nd (she has a prior Williamson County conviction from 2019), and two counts of felony child endangerment. She is free on a $32,000 bond.

Tourist Chad Muus charged with assault of his wife after CMA Fest concert at Nissan Stadium

As the opening night of CMA Fest 2022 ended at Nissan Stadium overnight, Metro Nashville Police responded to the parking lot of the stadium just after 3 a.m. Friday after venue security observed an assault. 45-year-old Chad Muus reportedly threw his wife, Kaydi Muus, to the ground, causing her to strike her knees on the pavement, and leaving her with injuries. Police noted both parties appeared heavily intoxicated and determined Chad to be the primary aggressor.

North Carolina tourist Brandon Juhaish drunk dives into bed of police pickup truck during CMA Fest

Metro Nashville Police working Entertainment District for the CMA Fest crowd in downtown Nashville Thursday night observed 39-year-old Brandon Juhaish stumbling down the sidewalk near 5th & Broadway when he fell to the ground. He was assisted back to his feet by another citizen before falling back down and rolling around on the sidewalk. Juhaish then made his way back to his feet before running and diving into the bed of a marked MNPD pickup truck.

Colorado man arrested after interjecting himself into dispute at The Diner downtown — Kirk McCoy

Metro Nashville Police working CMA Fest in downtown Nashville Friday night responded to a call about a man fighting with the manager at the 3rd Ave S. location. While working that call, they encountered the subject’s friend, 38-year-old Kirk Dean McCoy, who was holding on to his friend in order to stand upright and was highly intoxicated. When officers asked McCoy to step aside so they could continue their investigation, he physically got between the subject and officers to prevent them from continuing their investigation. After being asked to move along multiple times, he was placed into custody for public intoxication.
