Terrance Hudson charged in assault of girlfriend after turning off her shower “to talk”

30-year-old Terrance Hudson is charged with the aggravated domestic assault/strangulation of his current girlfriend, Antwyneque Golliday. Police responded to their shared apartment on November 12th after the victim reported she was in the shower as Mr. Hudson repeatedly turned the water off in an attempt “to talk.” The victim exited the shower and attempted to get dressed when she says he shoved her and pushed her against the bathroom wall, and continued to argue. She says she broke free of his grip and attempted to get dressed in her bedroom when he followed her into the closet and strangled her with both hands. She escaped that assault and later laid down on the bed to rest when she says Hudson again got on top of her and strangled her.

She then fled the apartment with him giving chase to her, and when he caught up with her, she says he punched her in the face and the back of her head. As she was able to call 911, Hudson returned to the apartment. At the time of his arrest, Hudson had an outstanding warrant from March, which alleges he “destroyed a phone with his fist” while violating an order of protection at the home of the mother of his child.

Christopher Helmke charged after placing victim in “MMA chokehold” during argument

27-year-old Christopher Helmke was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail in the early hours of Sunday morning after Carrie Albohn says he strangled her during a domestic disturbance. A witness to the incident, Thomas Albohn, confirmed the couple was in a “heated argument” that became physical when Helmke placed his arm around her neck in what he described as a “MMA choke hold.” The victim’s airway was restricted, at which point the witness stepped in to intervene.

Randal Young charged in strangulation of girlfriend during Nashville Trip at Moxy Hotel

57-year-old Randal Scot Young is charged with the aggravated assault and strangulation of his girlfriend, Andrea Boucher, during their trip to Nashville this weekend. Metro Nashville Police responded to the Moxy Motel late Friday night and spoke with Andrea, who stated the couple had been out drinking on Broadway in the Entertainment District downtown. As they returned to their hotel room for the evening an argument began and she says Randal placed both hands around her next and strangled her for several seconds until she had difficulty breathing. She bites him during the struggle in an attempt to break free, and when officers arrived, she has bruising around her next and behind her ears, swelling and scratches on her arm, and blood in her mouth.

Jail Call: Akeen Warner begs that he “doesn’t wanna end up on Scoop” for child rape

36-year-old Akeen Warner was arrested on September 11th after he returned to the home of his ex-girlfriend after an argument. His ex, Doresha Blakely, was still hiding in the bathroom, which he entered while holding a gun at his side. As police arrived and knocked on the door, he demanded the victim move to the back bedroom with the juvenile children and remain quiet. He eventually surrendered to SRT officers after they arrived and de-escalated the situation. At some point during the incident, the victim retained Warnier’s cell phone.

At a later time, the victim would receive a phone call from one of Warner’s friends, asking her to delete specific images from his cell phone which captured him raping a five-year-old child. On a recorded jail phone call, he begged her not to tell the police, stating, “I don’t want to end up on Scoop!” [details in the linked story may be graphic]

Murphy Reid headbutts & strangles girlfriend after she discloses a dream she had about him

Madeline Deyes says she had a dream about her 22-year-old boyfriend, Murphy Dean Reid, and when she told him about it, he assaulted her. Reid reportedly misunderstood or misinterpreted what she was telling about her dream and accused her of throwing “slick shots at him.” according to a police report. He became extremely upset, and Madeline retreated to the bedroom, confused by his reaction. Reid then followed her and used both hands to strangle her from the front until she had difficulty breathing. When she tried to fight him off, she says he headbutted her. He eventually stopped the assault and packed his things as she demanded he leaves. Medics transported Deyes to the hospital for her injuries, and a warrant was issued for Reid’s arrest, on which he was booked this week.

Delta-8: Turner ‘Trey’ Binkley ate Delta-8 brownie from Opry Mills before wild assault on girlfriend; remembers nothing

Kansas McCall Redmon says her 25-year-old boyfriend, Turner Binkley III (Trey Binkley), purchased a brownie containing Delta-8 at a store inside the Opry Mills Mall on Sunday. After he consumed the brownie, the couple went to bed at 10 p.m., and everything went well until 1 a.m. — when Binkly woke up “in a state of panic” and became violent” Binkly says he has no memory of Sunday or Monday, but his girlfriend recalls all the vivid details…

Francisco Sanchez charged in strangulation of girlfriend

Mirian Suyapa says she was having an argument with her boyfriend, 36-year-old Francisco Sanchez, outside of their home, and she went back inside to end the argument and laid down on her bed. A short time later, she says Sanchez burst into the bedroom and climbed on top of her, and placed both of his hands around her neck, applying pressure until she had difficulty breathing and became light-headed. Her daughter came into the room and physically removed Francisco from her, and called 911. Officers documented bruising around the neck and chin of the victim.

Justin Lebron charged in assault of brother & making threats about his genitals and his throat

Wilfredo Lebron, Jr. got into an argument with his brother, 39-year-old Justin Lebron, at the Love’s Truck Stop on Trinity Lane, where their father was also present. Wilfredo says Justin made accusations that Wilfredo had been sexually assaulted in prison and punched and strangled him, with injuries documented by police. A few hours later, Wilfredo was at the Family Safety Center to complete information about the earlier incident. While there, Justin played a recording of a Facetime call where Justin continued to make threats that included cutting off his genitals and shoving them down his throat and further threatened to end Wilfredo’s life via some very explicit methods. Justin was charged with harassment and aggravated assault/strangulation.

Ricardo Chavez Martinez holds teen son’s face into pillow until he loses consciousness

43-year-old Ricardo Chavez Martinez was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant from July charging him with the felony aggravated assault & strangulation of his 15-year-old son. Ricardo assumed his son was on drugs, which the child denied. Later, when the child was asleep, Ricardo entered his bedroom and pressed the child’s face into a pillow while gripping his neck, causing the child to lose consciousness and leaving him with injuries from his fingernails digging into his neck. The child’s mother and two younger brothers witnessed the entire assault.

Tomas Javier charged after dragging wife down the street, punching her in stomach, slamming her head into pole, per witness reports.

26-year-old Tomas Javier is charged with the aggravated assault of his wife, Morena Rodriguez, after she says he became upset over the content of text messages on her phone that he disapproved of. When police arrived at the couple’s Litton Ave residence, Morena explained that Tomas placed his hands around her neck, strangling her until she had problems with breathing. Several neighborhood witnesses to the incident reported they saw Tomas drag the victim down the street, punch her in the stomach, and slam her head into a utility pole, which matched the multitude of injuries to her neck and face.
