Finance Bro charged after getting rough and rowdy on Broadway— Todd Feager arrested

Metro Nashville Police officers observed 40-year-old Top Flite Financial Division ManagerTodd Feager roughhousing and fighting on Broadway in downtown Nashville with a group of other individuals after a night of drinking described as “at a high rate of consumption for several hours”. Due to his level of intoxication and careless behavior on the streets in public he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication. 

Mariam Zaky admits to beating her daughter who talked back with a clothes hanger, then bites her

46-year-old Mariam Zaky tells police she beat her daughter with a clothes hanger across her back until it broke and bit her arms, then grabbed her by the arms and assaulted her again. The daughter, Emily Yonan, says she talked back to her mother, which started the assault. The victim suffered injuries all over her body. The mother is charged with domestic assault.

Chase Koglin charged in assault of girlfriend who was taking too long with her makeup

29-year-old Chase Koglin is accused of “beating on” his girlfriend, Hannah Crague, in their apartment, according to the report she gave police when they arrived. He had left the scene but was picked up nearby based on her description of him. Koglin says the two had been arguing because she was taking too long to put on makeup to visit a friend’s house. She reportedly then refused to go and threw her makeup at the wall and says he eventually struck her in the face. Officers found her with a bloody towel, from her injuries. 

71-year-old Margaret Gilliam attacks East Nashville neighbor with walking cane

71-year-old Margaret Gilliam is free on pre-trial release after she admitted to police that she, indeed, swing her walking cane in an attempt to knock out her neighbor, Victoria Ferris, striking her with the makeshift weapon. Both parties report ongoing issues over the past several weeks, and Ferris says she’s been intimidated and assaulted on multiple prior occasions. A witness, William Looper, was sitting on a bench and observed the apparent unprovoked assault. 

NY Tourist Robert Mason screams “This is America!” before assaulting MNPD Officers: pre-trial release

22-year-old Robert Mason, of New York, is charged with the assault of two Metro Nashville Police Officers, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest after employees flagged down police for assistance as he was being kicked out of Scoreboard Bar & Grill. Refusing to let officers call a friend to help him leave on his own, he clenched his fists, took a fighting stance, and screamed “THIS IS AMERICA!”. Officers tackled him as he began to resist arrest. He Grabbed Officer Joshua McGarvey’s ring finger while twisting and clenching it, which caused an injury to his finger and a hyperextended knee from the fight. He also caused scratch injuries to Officer Snyder from his fingernails.

Giovanni Johnson charged with robbing roommates at gunpoint — 2 other men still at large

Metro Nashville Police say 21-year-old Giovanni Johnson came by his home to grab some things and left after a short period of time. Moments later, he returned to the home, which he shares with his two roommates, Lavonn Nevels, Jr., and Ricky Peoples, Jr. — except this time he brought two unknown men back to the home, and all were armed with handguns. The trio held the two roommates at gunpoint and robbed them while pistol-whipping them in the face and forehead. Nevels says he was robbed of $4,000 in cash.

Chris Bond charged with pushing girlfriend out of car & driving away at Noodles & Company

22-year-old Chris Bond is charged with the domestic assault of his girlfriend, Alanja Little, after a witness says he pushed her out of the car in the parking lot of Noodles & Company and then continued to drive as she held onto the door, leaving her with injuries, including road rash. Prior to the assault, the couple had been in an argument and her phone was tossed to the ground, resulting in her jumping on his back and pulling his hair. Bond was taken into custody and the victim was transported to Vanderbilt for medical treatment.

Joshua Lilley charged with vandalism of his bother’s car from 2020

23-year-old Joshua Lilley was booked into the Metro Nashville jail on a nearly two-year-old warrant, charging him with vandalism. The event, which occurred in May of 2020, alleges got angry with his brother and attempted to fight him, but settled for damaging the back door of his vehicle as he fled the scene of the disturbance. Officers documented several dents and scratches in the car of this brother, Zachary Lilley.
