42-year-old Luke Krall was charged with DUI Saturday night at a parking lot near 3rd & Broadway, where he crashed. He told police he had attended the Music City Brewer’s Festival, where he had “3 beers”. He is free on a $1,500 cash bond.
Metro Nashville Police were flagged down to the parking lot behind Broadway at 3rd Ave South. They found Luke Krall leaning against this vehicle, which was crashed. While completing a crash report, officers say it became apparent Krall was intoxicated by the smell of alcohol, his “heavily lidded eyes”, and his inability to stand steady. He admitted to drinking “three beers at the beer fest”.

He performed field sobriety tests, which indicated impairment, and agreed to a breathalyzer, however, he was unable to blow a sufficient sample for processing. Luke Krall was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail at 1:25 a.m. on 08/01, charged with driving under the influence. He is free on a $1,500 cash bond.
