Natasha McGill charged with being drunk and armed at Nashville Waffle House

Nashville Police found 36-year-old Natasha McGill heavily intoxicated with a handgun in her waistband at the Stewart’s Ferry Pike Waffle House on February 26th. Police say she was slurring her words and was unsteady on her feet. She confirmed she had been drinking. Once at booking she refused to go inside the door and pulled away from officers. Once inside she continued to be disorderly, pressing call buttons, and aggressively approaching officers.

DUI Crash: Robert Baugh “pleads the fifth” when asked how much he had to drink after midtown show

28-year-old Robert Baugh says he was coming from a show in midtown, where he had been drinking, when he swerved to pass a vehicle in East Nashville, impacted a wall, and spun around. Multiple witnesses came to his immediate aid to find him unresponsive. As police and medics arrived he became alert and when asked how much had had to drink, he stated: “I plead the fifth”. He thought he was on I-40 and was unable to stand without swaying. Inside the vehicle, officers located an empty bottle of Hennessy, and a nearly empty bottle of Jim Beam Whiskey.

Nashville Realtor gone wild in battle with ex-boyfriend — Jeniste’ Bell & Matt McKeon both arrested

Nashville Police say 38-year-old Nashville Realtor Jeniste’ Bell was in an argument with her live-in ex-boyfriend, 37-year-old Matthew McKeon, when things got out of control Sunday. She asked him to leave their shared home and reportedly struck him in the back with a tire iron during an argument when he refused. He says she also fired a shot at him from her gun, and neighbors confirm hearing a gunshot. In response, McKeon reportedly broke several items in the home, hit her in the head with a metal bolt, and tossed a brick through the window of her GMC Yukon.

Illinois woman charged after wild night at Tootsie’s Bar in downtown Nashville — Bethany Priester

Metro Police say 54-year-old Bethany Priester was asked to leave Tootsie’s Bar in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Sunday morning and outright refused and caused quite the scene. Bar staff reported she was randomly stealing seats of other patrons as they stood up for a moment, and eventually threw a drink at staff. She was eventually physically removed from the bar, which is when police arrived. She was reportedly swaying while standing and was heavily intoxicated. She was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

DUI: Musician Zachary Goforth blows double BAC limit when found asleep behind wheel of car

37-year-old Zachary Goforth was found asleep behind the wheel of his car on the shoulder of the road in East Nashville Monday night. He admitted to having “a couple of shots” of alcohol prior to driving, and officers located a bottle of Whisky wedged between his seat and the center console that was a third empty. He was unsure how he ended up on the shoulder of the road and refused to participate in field sobriety tests. He did blow a 0.18% BAC on a breathalyzer.

DUI: Haley Mikenas arrested after sideswiping a parked car in front of cop in downtown Nashville

30-year-old Haley Michele Mikenas faces multiple charges after sideswiping a parked car on Demonbreun Street. Officer Joshua Spurlock observed the crash, in which Mikenas says someone waved her through a crowded parking lot and she “encountered a tight spot”. Police report she smelled of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. As she arrived at booking, she had an outburst and yelled at a television which informed new arrestees of the booking procedures they were about to encounter.

Man throws shoe on Broadway after drinking at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row— Brian Best

Metro Police say 26-year-old Brian Best tossed his friend’s shoe into a crowd of people walking on Broadway in downtown Nashville after he had been drinking at Honky Tonk Central. He initially came to the attention of police after fighting with another person over an Uber ride, but the other person left the area when police arrived. Brian continued to shout and curse at police, and refused attempts to calm the situation. His girlfriend, Amberly Comeau confirmed he was intoxicated to police.
