21-year-old Trey Faulk was jailed this week on an outstanding citation, charging him with vandalism. Police say on March 11th, Faulk got into an argument with another person at a Mapco on Stewarts Ferry Pike. Despite the other party leaving the scene to de-escalate the situation, Fault followed them to the adjacent Thornton’s to continue the argument, where he kicked the victim’s car door.

Alejandro Trujillo punches friend in face who takes his keys to prevent him from drunk driving
Metro Nashville Police responded to a call for service early Thursday morning at 1st & Gay street in downtown Nashville regarding an apparent fight between two friends. They located 24-year-old Alejandro Trujillo and Victor Martinez, who had been out drinking downtown and were returning to the parking area. When Victor told Alejandro he should not drive due to his level of intoxication and took his keys from him, Alejandro punched him in the face 4-5 times, chipping his tooth and injuring his lip. He was charged with public intoxication and assault, and received a free ride to booking by a designated driver, Officer Damon Hutcheson.
Man smashes girlfriend’s phone after she maces him — Shane Clark arrested
21-year-old Shane Clark is charged with vandalism after he smashed the phone of his girlfriend, Kamirah Thomas, on the side of the road. Police responded to multiple 911 calls from both individuals just after 9 a.m. at the intersection of Bell Grimes Lane and Devonshire Drive. Inside the car was the victim, and Shane Clark was sitting on the side of the road covering his face, which was in tears. He had been maced. She was reportedly attempting to make him leave the residence and he took her phone and walked away. She followed him in her car to attempt to get her phone back. He tried to get into her car, at which point she maced him. He then smashed her phone on the side of the road.
Michele McConville tosses bark at medics trying to assist her
52-year-old Michele McConville was asked to leave the Holiday Inn Express on Broadway and refused. Police and medics responded to the scene to find her heavily intoxicated and making threats while yelling. She was aggressive to both hotel staff and medics, even tossing bark at the medics.
Canadian Daryl Patjas found drunk and attempting to fight on the Pedestrian Bridge
Metro Police found 30-year-old Canadian Daryl Patjas yelling at and attempting to fight random individuals on the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge. He even threatened officers as they responded to the area. Officers got him on his feet, and he was extremely unsteady and intoxicated. He was transported to booking and then given pre-trial release back to Canada.
Kenny Rambo admits to drinking before crash, running from police, is only charged with fleeing the scene of an accident without reporting it
36-year-old Kenneth Rambo crashed his vehicle near Old Hickory Blvd and Noel Drive, however, when officers arrived he fled from them. Later on the following morning, citizens reported a man who might need assistance just down the road, he matched the description of the man who fled in the crash, with the addition of being mud-covered, and now minus a shoe. Officers made contact with Rambo, who admitted to drinking at the hockey game prior to driving and crashing, stating he had “two beers” at the Predators game before the crash, but states he “blacked out” and remembers nothing past when the team was down 2-0, however, the final score was a 4-0 loss much later. Police only charged him with leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it, and a commissioner granted him pre-trial release.
German Zepeda says he only smoked “one blunt” prior to DUI crash
20-year-old German Zepeda was driving in Antioch when was driving on the wrong side of the road and crashed head-on into another vehicle. His two juvenile passengers, ages 14 & 17, both sustained injuries. He initially claimed his brakes were faulty, causing the crash, however, police noticed his eyes were extremely watery and he was slow to respond to commands and answer questions. Zepeda denied drinking, however, admitted to smoking one marijuana-filled blunt, approximately ten minutes prior to driving.
Matthew Hall replaced expensive Best Buy orders with cheaper items during deliveries
24-year-old Matthew Hall was jailed this week on two outstanding warrants stemming from his work as a Roadie delivery driver for Best Buy. An investigation showed that on multiple occasions he pick up an expensive item at Best Buy for delivery to a customer, but replace it with a much cheaper item, which was delivered to the customer’s home. One of the customers received a Walmart alarm clock instead of the Samos Speakers Hall had been entrusted with, while another ordered a $700 Google Pixel phone and received a $20 Nintendo Switch adapter. During the investigation, he implicated himself in the thefts by stating “Well, what if I know what happened to the phone, what’s the best way to handle the situation?”
DUI Arrest: Charlene Nemecheck blows 0.158% BAC after Predators’ Win
27-year-old Charlene Nemecheck is charged with DUI (driving under the influence) after leaving a hockey game earlier this week. Police say she failed to maintain her lane of travel on Lebanon Pike and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. She admitted to drinking prior to driving and blew almost double the legal limit on a breathalyzer.
Arizona woman arrested for being drunk & disorderly at Garth Brooks concert in Nashville — Dorothy Weaver
Police assistance was requested for 30-year-old Dorothy Weaver, due to her level of disorderly behavior at the Garth Brooks concert at Nissan Stadium. When officers arrived she continued to be verbally abusive and belligerent to them, as she had been previously with security and patrons at the concert. She is charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
