31-year-old Evan Greene was reportedly pulling doors to get into the Law Office of Bernie McEvoy on 2nd Ave. MNPD officers found Evan, and he was unsteady on his feet, smelled like alcohol, had slurred speech, and eyes were glossy. He told police that he was staying at a hotel nearby, but police checked with the hotel, who said they did not have a reservation for Evan. Police noted several abrasions to Evan’s body, which they determined were from him falling several times the night before. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Evan C. Greene was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 18th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
