23-year-old Patrick Cassidy says he helped himself to “three or four glasses” of a draft beer at the Arrington Wine Bar inside the Nashville International Airport late Friday night. After consuming the alcohol, the Irelander propped up on the floor behind the bar and fell asleep, where officers found him during a routine concourse sweet at 2:30 a.m. According to his ticket, he had a flight scheduled late that same evening. He was given the option to leave the airport property and return a few hours before his flight. He agreed but was unable to tell officers where he wanted to go. He would only state that he wanted to go to Ireland. He was eventually taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
