33-year-old Elliot Bender is charged with slapping bouncer Cameron Dean McCord in his face multiple times while at Honkey Tonk Central on Broadway early Saturday morning. McCord defended himself from the assault, and Bender wrestled with the victim on the ground.
Elliot Thomas Bender of Plantation Ct in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 19th, charged with public intoxication and assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,100, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
