Woman to Nashville Cop: “I’ll get away with it cause I’m white” — Tammera Lee arrested

Police say 42-year-old Tammera Lee drove her vehicle into a secured DCSO facility parking lot behind a staff member on S. 5th Street. Police were alerted when the unknown woman appeared to be heavily intoxicated. Officer Ronald Conner responded and Lee admitted to drinking prior to driving and responded with a “Fuck You!” when asked to perform field sobriety tests. She continued to be belligerent with the officer as he noticed several alcoholic beverages in plain sight within her vehicle. As she was informed she was being arrested for DUI, she replied “I’ll get away with it cause I’m white” according to the arrest report.

Dude, where’s my AirBNB? — Conner Brown deemed too drunk for downtown Nashville

Police responded to Tennessee Ave after neighbors reported what appeared to be a man breaking into vehicles. What they found was 26-year-old Conner Brown on a front porch, heavily intoxicated, and lost. Brown relayed he had been out drinking on Broadway in downtown Nashville and was attempting to locate his AirBNB. He didn’t know anyone’s phone number to call assist him and had lost his phone. Multiple neighbors had called to report he was yelling and screaming and cursing in the yards of the neighborhood. He had knocked so loudly on the front door of the porch he ended up on that the reside hid in the closet from fear.

Man found asleep behind wheel blows 0.182% BAC, has suspected cocaine in wallet — Joel Bauman

37-year-old musician Joel Bauman, of The Band Royale, told police he had “two beers” at a friend’s house prior to them finding him asleep behind the wheel of his car on West End on February 20th. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests, Bauman would blow a 0.182% BAC on the breathalyzer. He assured officers he had nothing on him she shouldn’t have as he was being taken to jail, however, once at booking officers located a small 0.2 gram baggie of what appeared to be cocaine in his wallet, resulting in an additional felony charge.

DUI: Where are you going? “Just a few licenses away” — Samuel Fruend, arrested

Metro Nashville Police found 29-year-old Samuel Fruend slumped over in the seat of his vehicle, which was parked in the middle of a lane of travel in East Nashville. As they woke him up, they asked where he was trying to go, to which Fruend replied “just a few licenses away”, and was unsure what part of town he was in. He stated he had one drink at Basement East before the incident, and more drinks at another bar before that. He eventually blew a 0.165% BAC and was taken into custody.

Man charged after flashing handgun while drinking at South Nashville bars — Ulises Arzate

23-year-old Ulises Arzate is free on pre-trial release after police first received a call of a person who was flashing a gun in the parking lot of a Hooters restaurant in South Nashville after drinking inside. While officers were en route to the incident, Arzate walked to the San Jose Fiesta restaurant, where they located the man wearing a grey zippered hoodie. He had a bucket of Modelos on ice in the center of the table and one open one in front of him. When asked about a handgun, he raised his shirt and presented a tan Glock 43X MOS in his waistband. He admitted to having three beers while at Hooters and was charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Zakeri Greer fires shot outside baby mama’s house, threatens to come back with AK-47 — free on $1K bond

Metro Police responded to a shots-fired call on Briarwick Drive on February 17th, during which 20-year-old Zakeri Greer had threatened his child’s mother, Jasmine Howse, then allegedly drove by her home and fired a gun. As police were taking her report, Greer texted the victim, stating he was heading back over, and this time he was bringing his AK-47, placing her in imminent fear of her life.

DUI: Tyler Miller passes a cop at 95 mph after leaving ‘Hidden Bar’ in downtown Nashville

36-year-old Tyler James Miller sped past a Metro Nasvhille Police officer at 95 mph on I-65 last weekend. The officer conducted a traffic stop during which Miller stated he was driving to his home in Antioch, however, that was in the opposite direction of his travel. He further stated he had been downtown drinking at the “Hidden Bar” inside the Noelle Hotel. Miller performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He admitted to having a handgun in the vehicle and was additionally charged for that.

Woman charged with DUI after East Nashville brunch — Maria Mousourakis

46-year-old Maria Mousourakis told police she had “two bloody Mary’s” for brunch last Saturday, with the last one at about 4 p.m. before crashing her car just after 5:30 p.m. Police say she was “extremely apologetic” about the crash and the car she rear-ended in East Nashville. She admitted to being distracted and causing the crash, and refused all field sobriety and another testing.

Victim tracks down suspects who stole her wallet at downtown Nashville Bar — Daniela Beltran

22-year-old Daniela Beltran is charged with theft after police a woman’s wallet was stolen at Kid Rock’s bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville. The victim began receiving alerts her cards were being used at Layla’s bar just two blocks away. The victim, Emily Johnson, went to Layla’s bar and found Daniela and a Hispanic male in possession of the stolen wallet. The male fled the scene prior to the officer’s arrival, and Beltran was taken into custody. The victim says she spoke in English to her before the police arrived, but would only speak in Spanish to the police.

Boyfriends brawl: one presses charges, the other does not — Isaiah McDaniel, arrested.

21-year-old Isaiah McDaniel was jailed this week, charged with the domestic assault of his boyfriend, Omarion Wright. Omarion says Isaiah accused him of cheating, so he took out his phone and began to record the interaction. The video shows Isaiah yelling and punching Omarion in the stomach, and he attempted to put him in a chokehold during the struggle. He sustained some scratches on his chest and back. Isaiah says it was the other way around, and Omarion accused him of cheating after he received a message notification on his phone. He claims that before the video began, Omarion hit him in the back of the head, and he got angry and responded by hitting him in the stomach. Isaiah did not want to prosecute for the assault on him, however, Omarion wished to seek charges against Isaiah.
