40-year-old Inek Swanson was jailed after urinating on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Police tried to speak with Swanson, but he was unable to communicate, and simply unzipped his pants and rested against a trashcan while completing his business. He smelled strongly of alcohol and was unable to walk on his own, all while being exposed to citizens.
Inek Swanson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 24th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
