28-year-old Charlie Boyer was jailed on March 31st after he refused to leave the premises of a store near 12th Avenue S and Broadway. Officers were working on a lane closure and went to a nearby business for a meal break, where they were flagged down by an employee and told that Boyer was refusing to leave. Police also asked Boyer to leave and told him the employee didn’t want him around the store. Boyer told police that he was not from the area. Police told Boyer that he would be arrested for trespassing if he didn’t leave, but he still refused and was arrested for criminal trespassing.
Charlie Boyer of Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 31st, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
