Police say they found 34-year-old Kisha Keeton “very intoxicated and in a state of undress” at a Nashville Mapco Sunday. She refused to tell officers how she got into the situation she was in and refused all medical assistance. Unwilling to go to the hospital, and unable to care for herself, she was taken into custody, very much against her will, and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.
