31-year-old Daniel Griffin crashed his vehicle on Knob road, the same street where he lives. First responders noted he had slurred speech, smelled of alcohol, and was slow to respond to directions during the investigation. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and would later blow a 0.141% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Daniel Griffin, of Knob Road in Nashville, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 16th, charged with driving under the influence (DUI). A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
