Olivia Cooper Simmons arrested in FGL House Brawl in downtown Nashville

23-year-old Olivia Cooper Simmons faces a multitude of charges after police arrived at the FGL House bar in downtown Nashville and found her clothing covered in the blood of a person they say she had just assaulted. The female victim was still bleeding profusely from the face when police arrived at the bar. Once at booking, Simmons attempted to shatter the patrol car window with her boot and cracked the door panel, and tried to kick and bite the officers. Her booking had to be delayed due to her aggressive behavior.

Tourist too drunk for downtown Nashville — Brantley Niven arrested

25-year-old Brantley Niven was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail after causing a disturbance at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Nashville. Police say he was inside the 4th Ave. S. hotel lobby insisting he had a room. Management assured him he had no room there and was at the wrong hotel. He began loudly cursing and causing a disturbance, and a disruption to the business. Officer offered to transport him to the correct hotel, he stated “F–k you” and asked twice to be taken to jail. Left with no other options, and no one to care for him, they obliged.

Texas Tourist found with “white powdery substance” after Public Intox arrest — Braquece Smith

25-year-old Braquece Smith, from Texas, now faces a felony charge in Nashville after police initially charged him with public intoxication after he was extremely intoxicated and had urinated near 4th & Broadway. Once at booking, deputies found a white powdery substance, suspected to be drugs, on him. Smith was additionally charged with bringing contraband into a jail, which is a felony in Tennessee.

Bond set at $10,500 for woman cashing two forged checks worth $650 — Samantha Brady arrested

25-year-old Samantha Brady is charged with two felony counts of forgery and attempted theft after attempting to cash two checks, one for $250, and another for $400, at Tennessee Quick Cash on Nolensville Pike Tuesday. Employees discovered both checks were stolen and forged and contacted police while she was still in the lobby. Police arrived and she confessed to attempting to cash the forged checks. Bond was set at $10,500.

Man who leaped onto the field during Titans game booked on his citations — Tanner Sawyer

25-year-old Tanner Sawyer self-booked on his citation charges this week, stemming from his trek across the field of Nissan Stadium during the Titans game on January 2nd against Miami. Sawyer was cited for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after says he leaped onto the field and ran across it after several other fans in his section “dared him” to do it. Police declared it was a “great annoyance to spectators”.

24-year-old Kevin Tuttle is jailed on a $385,000 bond and a probation hold after Metro Nashville Police coordinated with Smyrna PD to take him into custody. After fleeing from Smyrna Police’s traffic stop, he took MNPD on a chase through the city in his Nissan Maxima from a Nolensville Rd Kroger through Antioch where he tossed out a safe with a large sum of money, all the way to Richard Jones Rd and Villa Place, all while being tracked by AirONE. Police would eventually recover 8 pounds of marijuana, 1.4 Kilos of Xanax, 324 LSD stamps, 62 grams of liquid THC, 243 grams of THC wax in 9 jars, and 88 grams of crystal meth. His mugshot was not immediately available before publication.

Man charged with giving child cocaine, raping her, hiding her from police — Da’Sean Hancock (D William Hancock)

26-year-old Da’Sean William Hancock (D. William Hancock) is now jailed on felony aggravated kidnapping, aggravated statutory rape, and child endangerment charges. Police say they located him at his Nob Hill apartment with a 13-year-old child, who he hid in a closet when she tried to escape, realizing police had arrived. Police say he gave the child marijuana and cocaine until she felt “high and numb” and raped her twice. A friend of the child assisted the police in the rescue of the child. Hancock remains jailed on an $85,000 bond.
