Police say 26-year-old Trent Martin was on Broadway in downtown Nashville Saturday when he was crossing the street near 3rd Ave. As he passed by THP Trooper Andrew Simunic he turned and punched the officer square in the face with his fist and fled. He was charged with public intoxication and assault of an officer.
Trent W. Martin was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 26th, charged with public intoxication and assault of an officer. He is free on a $1,600 bond to his 210 Park Drive address in Springfield, TN.
