38-year-old Harold Finch is charged with assault after Metro Nashville Police say he sucker-punched Dustin Tyler Godwin in the face during the Legendz of the Streetz concert featuring Jeezy, Gucci Mane, T.I., Trina, 8 Ball & MJG, this weekend at the Bridgestone Arena.
Police responded to the ‘fight in progress’ call just after 10 p.m. and were advised that Finch had been asked to leave the property after he walked up to Godwin and punched him in the face without provocation or notification. The two apparently did not know each other and had no known prior interactions. The victim’s lip was bleeding after the assault.
Harold Dean Finch, of Brandy Road in Ashland City, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 11th, charged with assault. A commissioner set his bond at $2,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
