32-year-old Phillip Steward told police he had consumed three beers and one shot of vodka before crashing his vehicle near Division Street & Lyle Ave late Friday night. Steward performed poorly on field sobriety tests and blew a 0.131% BAC on a breathalyzer. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

Phillip R. Steward of Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 12th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
