53-year-old Joe Killingsworth was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this week on an outstanding warrant charging him with domestic assault. His wife, Sharon Renee Killingsworth, stated that on December 22, Joe told her he wanted a divorce and began taking some belonging that belonged to her. She was attempting not to argue but told him he had no right to take her things. She says he attempted to remove her from the couch and threw a coffee mug, striking her in the head, which left a mark observed by police. He fled the scene before officers arrived, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

William Alexander charged in assault of girlfriend after he refuses to watch children

Jamonqueia Rucker was heard crying on the phone when she called 911 to report that her 25-year-old boyfriend, William Alexander, was outside the residence with a gun. Officers arrived and spoke with both parties. Jamonqueia says William refused to watch their two children while she went to work, but he refused and wanted their grandmother to have the responsibility. He then reportedly pushed her down onto the floor multiple times during an assault. Officers documented multiple bruises and injuries on the victim, some of them bleeding. William denied that he hurt the victim., and stated it was only an argument.

Bryce Denton charged with stalking ex-girlfriend, tossing things from balcony

25-year-old Bryce Denton was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant charging him with stalking. His ex-girlfriend, Rebekah Fox, says that in May 2021, she found flowers on her doorstep with a note signed by Bryce, and later that night, he knocked on her door, but she didn’t let him in. She continued to have him blocked on all known numbers and social media accounts, yet he continued to find ways to contact her via new profiles on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, where he referend her place of work with her photo. In December 2021, the victim received a call from her property management informing her that her belongings were scattered about a common area of the complex. It was discovered Bryce left a note after he tossed her things from her balcony.

Hunter Edwards pushes through ex-girlfriend’s window, and exclaims “You ghosted me!”

Police say 26-year-old Eric Hunter Edwards pushed an air-conditioner unit into the apartment of his ex-girlfriend, who was inside, then he crawled through the opening, stood up, and exclaimed, “You ghosted me!” His ex-girlfriend, Averie Porter, says he refused to leave, and she called 911. As she was placing the call, Hunter reportedly called her “retarded” She was able to record him breaking through the opening and showed the video to officers. During an interview, Edwards told officers he came through the front door, and that wasn’t him, despite that he was still wearing the same clothes as he was in the video.

DUI: Beverly Cosgrove says she’s the “most drunk I’ve ever been in my life!”

Police say 67-year-old Beverly Cosgrove was involved in a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Matilda St. & Marydale Dr., where she ended up stuck in a steep ditch. Ethan Myers came to assist Cosgrove out of her vehicle. She told him she had been out drinking with friends and was the “most drunk I’ve ever been in my life!” She later stated she had two glasses of wine at a Hendersonville restaurant. Cosgrove performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.132% BAC on a breathalyzer.

73-year-old Katherine Waters charged with disorderly conduct at retirement home

Linda Cooper says she walked into the lobby of the John L. Glenn Senior Residential Center on Ed Temple Blvd on New Year’s Eve, where she observed 73-year-old Katherine Waters sitting in a chair. She says Katherine looked at her and stated she wanted to kill her and accused her of stealing items from her room. Linda called police, and a warrant was issued, charging Waters with disorderly conduct. The 73-year-old is free on pre-trial release.

Collin Thomas charged with violating order of protection

Cathryn Thomas called police on January 1, stating her husband, 48-year-old Collin Thomas, was in their home and in violation of an order of protection. Officers arrived and verified he was served with the order on Christmas Day. After he was initially served, he moved out and stayed with Cathryn’s mother, but she let him return home on December 27, and he did. She says she revoked that permission on December 29 and demanded he leaves, which he reportedly refused.

Anthony Giglio stabs his girlfriend’s tire when she tries to leave him

Police say 42-year-old Anthony Giglio threw the phone of his girlfriend, Petra Bouije, against a wall and used a kitchen knife to stab the tire of her vehicle Tuesday afternoon. Petra says she went to her boyfriend’s home to pack up her belongings, and he began to yell at her and took the phone from her hands, and threw it against the wall. When she went to retrieve her phone, he reportedly got between her and the door and refused to let her leave the residents. She escaped out the back door of the home, and as she came around the corner, she witnessed him using a kitchen knife to stab her tire. She got into her car, locked the doors, and waited for the police to arrive.
