27-year-old Halston Downey was one of two males found asleep in a car in a Rivergate Parkway parking lot, with three empty Modelo beer bottles among them. Officers located Downey in the driver’s seat with the door open and the keys in the center console. Downey woke up long enough to answer, “Enough!” when asked how much he had to drink. He was unable to complete field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
Halston Elliot Downey of White Rd in Portland, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 19th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
