46-year-old Tameka Stewart-Ackerman was jailed Wednesday night after verbally abusing the employees at Alamo Rental. Police responded to Nashville airport and observed Tameka being loud and disruptive. One of the employees told officers that they were afraid she was going to come around the counter and harm them because she was very animated, throwing her hands around and putting her finger in their faces. She stated that unless they rented her a car, they would have to take her to jail because she would not be leaving. Leaving, she did, in handcuffs.
Tameka Stewart-Ackerman was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 4th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
