26-year-old English tourist Thomas Bockmann was arrested following an altercation at Nudie’s Honkey Tonk bar early in the morning on October 15th. After officers received the call for a fight in progress, they arrived at the scene and contacted the security at the Broadway bar. The security at Nudie’s stated that the defendant and his friend were attempting to enter the bar, but appeared too intoxicated and were denied entry. At this point, Bockmann and his friend began yelling at security before the defendant’s friend tried to push past them. Security stated that Bockmann then ran up to the altercation and struck one of the security officers in the face, initiating a fight. Due to the information provided by security and observed behavior, Bockmann was placed into custody and booked shortly after on the charge of disorderly conduct.
