38-year-old Randall Heflin was arrested for driving under the influence on October 19th. Officers observed Heflin failing to maintain his lane and conducted a traffic stop on him. Helfin had a cold, empty Mike’s Hard Lemonade can in his center console and refused to take sobriety tests when asked. Officers noticed Heflin to be visibly intoxicated when stepping out of the vehicle. Heflin was read implied consent and admitted to having two beers in 5 hours. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Randall James Heflin was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 19th, charged with dui. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
