35-year-old Janet Grace Sweeney was taken into custody on November 24th for a traffic violation. On June 20, Trooper Velez observed Sweeney driving her 2009 Toyota 4Runner on I-65 North using her cell phone. A traffic stop was conducted, and she was issued a citation. Sweeney failed to appear in court in August and was ultimately booked for the hands-free violation.
Janet Grace Sweeney of Abbott Martin Rd in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 24th, charged with driving with a cellular device. She was released on her own recognizance.
