A Davidson County Grand Jury indicted 46-year-old Michael Scott Dozier for two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals on November 29th. Metro Animal Care & Control brought up a case against Dozier, alleging he intentionally, or knowingly, with no justifiable purpose, neglected to provide food or water to a companion animal, resulting in death. Dozier was taken into custody on December 13th.
Michael Scott Dozier was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 13th, charged with two counts of aggravated animal cruelty. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $80,000.
