25-year-old Harold Shaw was speeding in a residential area on Havenbrook Drive in the late hours of December 14th. Officers observed this and attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but Shaw continued to drive off. Aviation units updated officers with his location as he eventually pulled into a driveway on Bell Arbor Drive. He was the only occupant of the Maxima and was taken into custody for evading arrest.
Harold Shaw of Belle Arbor Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 15th, charged with evading arrest. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,500.
