Police say 31-year-old Tessa Ballard was highly intoxicated and belligerent when they came in contact with her at Bridgestone Arena during the Morgan Wallen concert in Nashville. Due to her extreme level of drunkenness, she was deemed unable to care for herself and taken into custody, charged with public intoxication.
Tessa Ballard was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 18th, charged with public intoxication. A commissioner set her bond at $50.
