32-year-old Chance Morehead told police he had “two drinks” while working at a bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville before attempting to drive the wrong way onto 2nd Avenue in the early hours of Sunday morning. As Entertainment District officers alerted him that it was a one-way street, he attempted to turn around but drove all the way onto the pedestrian sidewalk. A traffic stop was conducted, and it was apparent he was heavily intoxicated. Morehead performed poorly on field sobriety tests and blew a 0.204% BAC on a breathalyzer.
