30-year-old Cody Brom is charged with driving under the influence after he drove the wrong way on 4th Ave S in downtown Nashville mid-day on Monday. Officers say his clothing was covered in vomit, and he stated he had “a lot” of alcohol. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests but stated, “It’s no use; I’m drunk!” Brom was transported to booking, where he blew a 0.21% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Cody Christian Brom of Provins St in Hollywood, AL, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 24, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
