26-year-old Kevin Joshua Balle was jailed on April 18 for speeding at 70 mph in a 40-mph zone in his 1996 Toyota Tacoma without a driver’s license. He had no forms of identification and was transported to booking in lieu of being issued a citation.
Kevin Joshua Balle of Troy Cove in La Vergne, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 18, charged with driving without a license. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
