52-year-old Shellena Burton was booked this week on a citation after she ran over multiple mailboxes and a small tree on April 16th. Burton told officers that she had broken years of sobriety by drinking 5-6 alcoholic drinks that day, so they “hit her hard.” She had a knot on her head from the accident and was transported to Nashville General Hospital, where she underwent multiple head/brain scans.
Shellena Burton of Highvie Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked on the citation on May 12th, charged with driving under the influence.
