Dillon Law charged with DUI after smoking marijuana before driving

29-year-old Dillon Law told police he smoked “an eight of marijuana at a friend’s house” before rear-ending another vehicle at a traffic light at Franklin Pike and Old Hickory Blvd. First responders described Law as “incoherent” and in an altered state of mind. He was unable to recall his age or today’s date. He was unable to maintain his balance and was very inattentive. Law was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicant.

Dillon Stephens Law of Brentwood Pl in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 23rd, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
