21-year-old Jaxson Kinard was found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle at 5th & Harrison in downtown Nashville late Monday night. Medics administered Narcan, and he became alert again, showing signs of an overdose. He stated he took a blue M30 branded pill at 10 p.m., which he believed also contained Fentanyl, and the last thing he remembers was being on Broadway. He also disclosed he had recently been in rehab, and this was the first pill he had taken since he got out. An additional M30 pill was located in his wallet.
