18-year-old Thomas Turchan was found at Percy Warner Park with a bottle of Seagram’s Gin liquor after a concerned citizen reported him to police. Officers located him at Pavilion #7 and issued him a citation for underage possession. He was booked on that citation this week.
Thomas Turchan of Rock Wall Road in Nashville, TN, was booked on the citation on July 11, charging him with underage alcohol possession. He is scheduled to appear in court in September.
