28-year-old Jackson Smith caused a scene for police outside of Nashville’s new Barstool Sports Bar, landing him in jail for disorderly conduct. On July 29th, MNPD officers were arresting a person outside of Barstool Sports Bar when Jackson began yelling at the police to let the arrestee go. He then refused to leave after police instructed him to do so and then began smoking a hemp cigarette. Amidst Jackson yelling, police instructed him to leave another five times, but he still refused. He was then placed into custody for disorderly conduct and transported to booking.
Jackson Winton Smith of Jocelyn Hollow Road in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 29th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $150.
