Austin Ammen jailed after failing to wear seatbelt, failing to show up for court

32-year-old Austin Ammen was charged in March for not wearing a seat belt and was jailed in August. Police conducted a traffic stop on Austin Ammen’s automobile on March 9th on Gallatin Pike and cited him for not wearing a seat belt. He was set to appear in court for the traffic violation on May 26th. He was supposed to self-book on the citation but did not, so a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was placed into custody on August 3rd after failing to appear in court.

Austin James Ammen of Evergreen Cir in Hendersonville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 3rd, charged with driving without a seatbelt. He was released on his own recognizance.
