Dimas Mendoza Juarez charged after reportedly assaulting man in parking lot

22-year-old Dimas Mendoza Juarez was seen fighting with another man in the parking lot on Edmondson Pike. Officers observed that Dimas had injuries to his face and neck from alleged strangulation, for which he refused treatment. Dimas appeared intoxicated to the officers before finding several empty Corona bottles around him. He was arrested for public intoxication after he was deemed unable to take care of himself. Later, he denied the assault had ever occurred.

Dimas Mendoza Juarez was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 19th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
