28-year-old Luke Dinkins was found passed out beside his motorcycle in Nashville Saturday afternoon. Trooper Bunting asked him to walk to his patrol vehicle, and Dinkins stumbled to do so. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for DUI, with a stop at Metro General for a blood draw.
Luccas Dinkins of Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 2nd, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
