23-year-old Jacob Yousief was driving a black Infiniti traveling at 59 mph in a 40-mile-an-hour zone on Harding Pk. Wednesday, according to police. Officers conducted a traffic stop where they found Jacob’s license suspended and detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Three other people were in the vehicle and were asked to exit while being questioned about the smell. Jacob told the officers that they could search the vehicle, and they found a 29.5-gram bag of marijuana in the trunk. He said that it was meant for personal use, and the officer noted it was not separated into multiple baggies.
