41-year-old Andrew Rein was jailed early Thursday morning after he was found yelling about nothing in particular while sprawled out on the middle lane of 4th Ave North near Commerce Street in downtown Nashville. He was visibly intoxicated and was unable to care for himself. He was generally confused and angered at the presence of police. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Andrew J. Rein of Glacier Drive in West Bend, WI, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 9, charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
