35-year-old Cory Vaughn Payne was shoplifting at Geodis Park on Benton Avenue on November 7th. Chris Barba observed Payne taking $200 worth of merchandise and exiting the store without paying. Payne was detained, and Barba called the authorities. He was booked on a citation for theft on November 30th. Cory Vaughn Payne has previously been covered on SCOOP Nashville as well.
