56-year-old Brenda Bradley was jailed on December 12th after police responded to BNA for a female passenger who had fallen at Pharmacy Burger. Police observed Bradley to be disoriented, confused, and smelling of alcohol. When police asked her if she had any alcohol to drink, she replied, “Yes, I’ve had many.” She searched in her bag for an extended period, looking for her driver’s license before stating, “I’m confused; what did you want?” The police repeated that they needed her driver’s license, but she could not present it. When the officers asked Bradley if she knew where she was, she hesitated before replying that she was in Florida. She was then arrested as she was a danger to herself.
Brenda Bradley was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 12th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
