27-year-old Hannah Brumley crashed her vehicle at the Dickerson Pike and Hart Lane intersection in the early hours of December 16th. Brumley was highly intoxicated when the officers arrived, stumbling as she walked. She consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and did not complete the tests. Officers read the implied consent form to her, and she refused, then she admitted to having two alcoholic beverages. A subsequent search yielded around a half ounce of marijuana in the front pocket of her overalls. Brumley was taken into custody for driving under the influence, implied consent, and simple possession.
