Karla Christian steals over $10,000 from Kroger

A Davidson County Grand Jury indicted 57-year-old Karla Elreta Christian for theft on September 22nd, 2021. The indictment alleges that Christian, between the 14th day of March 2021 and the 16th day of March 2021, In Davidson County, Tennessee, before the finding of this indictment, knowingly obtained or exercised control over certain property, to wit: a sum of money, of the value of $10,000 or more but less than $60,000, the property of Kroger, without the effective consent of Kroger, with the intent to deprive Kroger of the property. Christian was taken into custody on December 18th.

Karla Elreta Christian was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 18th, charged with theft. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $20,000.
