27-year-old Isaiah Michael Lofton got into a scuffle with Joseph Konrath at the corner of Representative John Lewis Way and Broadway early January 1st. Officers observed this, intervened, and separated the two. As Officers attempted to separate the men, a drunk woman, Caitlin Chism, repeatedly intervened and had to be removed from the scene. The men, who were both intoxicated, told officers that the other one initiated the altercation once they bumped into each other while walking in the street. Lofton was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
Isaiah Michael Lofton of Sparkman Drive Northwest in Huntsville, AL, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 1st, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
