40-year-old Timothy Smith was booked on a citation from September 12th, 2023, when officers observed him make a left turn without a turn signal. Police pulled over his black 2014 Dodge Dart at the Mapco on Linbar Drive and smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. When the police asked Smith why his vehicle smelt like marijuana, he admitted to smoking earlier in the day. Police conducted a search that yielded approximately three grams of marijuana located in front of the gear shifter, along with plastic baggies in the glove box. Timothy Smith was taken into custody on January 4th.
Timothy T. Smith of Apache Trail in Antioch, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 4th, charged with possession or casual exchange. He was released on his own recognizance.
