28-year-old Nickolas Levi Bell was involved in a car accident during the early hours of January 28th. As officers arrived, Bell advised them that he was the driver and admitted to alcohol consumption. Bell consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample, resulting in 0.135 BAC%. Bell was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Nickolas Levi Bell of HWY 70 in Pegram, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 28th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
